Everything you need to know.

Do I need any technical knowledge to use it?

None at all. Everything is pre-configured before it arrives. You plug it into power and connect it to your WiFi. That's it. We handle all the setup remotely before we ship it to you.

What if it breaks or stops working?

All units come with a support period (14 days on Starter, 30 days on Pro). During that time, we'll resolve any issues remotely. The Mac Mini hardware is Grade A refurbished and fully tested by Manly Laptops Sydney before we configure it.

Can I customise what the AI says and does?

Yes. That's the point of the onboarding call. We build the AI agents around your business: your name, your services, your pricing, your tone. If you want to update things after delivery, contact us and we'll sort it.

How does delivery work?

After your onboarding call and the 48-hour configuration window, we ship via standard courier across Australia. Sydney metro typically 1-2 business days. Interstate 3-5 business days. We'll give you a tracking number when it ships.

What's the difference between Starter and Pro?

Starter sets you up with a solid AI agent: lead capture, auto-responses, basic automation. Pro adds AI voice (your AI answers phone calls), a full website rebuild, and ongoing monthly check-ins. If you're not sure, start with Starter and upgrade later.
